- The minutes of April 24, 2006 were approved as submitted.

- The Undergraduate Council discussed what authority the UGC has and what information needs to be submitted with the course proposals.
- Vice Provost Dwayne Smith discussed the format requirements of a syllabus and in what form the syllabus should be distributed to the student with the Undergraduate Council.
