Undergraduate Council - Online Course Proposals

Welcome to the online Undergraduate Council course proposal forms.

ALL COURSES (NEW, SUBSTANTIVE AND NON-SUBSTANTIVE) ONCE SUBMITTED FOR UNDERGRADUATE COUNCIL REVIEW WILL UNDERGO A THIRTY-DAY HOLD FOR REVIEW AND COMMENT BY ALL USF CAMPUSES.

Please Note: If you are proposing a course to meet General Education Requirements, please go to the General Education Council's new web site (http://www.ugs.usf.edu/gec/gec.htm).

If you wish to view what you have submitted, please follow the link below and then choose the appropriate course.

You no longer have to submit the SUS course transmittal forms for submission to Tallahassee. We will produce them and forward them to Tallahassee for you if you use the on-line course submission forms.

The course syllabus must be submitted electronically. For non-substantive changes the course syllabus is needed ONLY if the course description is being changed. Please e-mail the course syllabus to Margaret Martinroe at mmartinr@ugs.usf.edu.

We also need an e-mail from your dean's office when your course has completed all college procedures and is ready for submission to the Council.

If you need to make a correction in your course once it has been submitted, please e-mail Margaret.
